Credit Control

The iD Secure software also offers the possibility of credit controlling to users that have an Enterprise license. Throught this funcionality it's possible to control the quantity of access that a person can have to a determinated area.

To activate this funcionality, just go to Configuration > Access > Enable Credits Type. Optionally, you can enable the option "Enable monetary value for credits", in case the user wants to associate monetary value to a credit.

After saving the settings, two new options associated to the credits type will appear at the side menu bar.

Credit Types

On this screen the user can see the created credits or create new ones as well. To creare a new credit type, just click on the "Add" button and fill in the blanks.

Credits Manager

On this screen the user may manage the created credits. The basic operations are add credits to the balance and adjust the current value. Both can be applied to a person or a visitor (Add button), or a people group, a visitors group, a department or a company (Set Credits in Batch button).

Use Case

After enabling the control system, the created credits can be used to create access rules. The procedure is the same as the one in the "Access Rule", in addition of the "How?" step. In this case, only one credit control rule may be additioned.

In the case above, an access rule that uses the credit "Access to the Area 1" was created. Assuming the daily consume associated with this credit is unitary, the people with a valid balance value may access this area only time at day, so that a second try is blocked by the device.
