Pro mode upgrade

There are three upgrades available for the iDFace: Pro 10k, Pro 25k, and Pro 30k.

Pro 10k upgrade

To upgrade the device to Pro 10k Mode, follow the path [MENU] -> [SETTINGS] -> [GENERAL SETTINGS] -> [CONFIGURE PRO MODE].

To obtain the upgrade password for Pro Mode 10k, contact Control iD and purchase the license. After that, simply enter the provided password into the device and confirm by pressing the [UPGRADE] button. Then, press [OK] to apply the changes. It is recommended to restart the device to ensure the settings persist.

After the upgrade, the Pro Mode configuration menu will present three additional options.

Pro 15k upgrade

After upgrading to Pro Mode 10k, you can optionally perform two additional upgrades: Pro 15k and Pro 30k.

In Pro Mode 15k, the maximum number of registered faces is 15,000. However, in this Mode, there is no possibility of storing user registration photos.

Pro 30k upgrade

In Pro Mode 30k, the maximum number of registered faces is 30,000. However, in this Mode, there is no possibility of storing user registration photos or registering templates with masks.

Operation mode

In this menu, you can switch between the three Pro Modes of operation if the user has more than one license.
