Attendance mode

To enable or disable Attendance mode, follow the path [MENU] -> [SETTINGS] -> [GENERAL SETTINGS]. On this page, you can click [DISABLE ATTENDANCE MODE] to turn it off or [ENABLE ATTENDANCE MODE] to turn it on.

Attendance mode is designed for the iDFace to be used for recording attendance purposes. In this mode, access control rules and functionalities are disabled. Additionally, it is possible to select the type of record, such as entry, exit, break, etc.

In this configuration, if the user is registered in the device's database, their attendance will be recorded upon identification.

This operating mode can be used in two different ways:

• Without customization of the record type.

• With customization of the record type, where the record type is fully customizable. In this case, the user must select the desired type from the device menu ([MENU] -> [ATTENDANCE]) upon identification.

To customize the record types, you can go to the page [MENU] -> [ATTENDANCE] -> [RECORD STATUS] and create the types you want.
