To access information about the device, follow the path [MENU] -> [SETTINGS] -> [ABOUT].

This page displays the following information:

• Serial: Alphanumeric value that identifies the device.
• Firmware: Version of the firmware used on the device.
• SecBox Firmware: Version of the firmware used in the Security Box.
• MAC: MAC address that identifies the device's network interface.
• Device ID: Number that identifies the device.

Legal information

For the device's legal information, press the [LEGAL INFORMATION] button on the "About" screen. This information includes the Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as details on personal data protection. To access the information, scan the QR Code available on the page or visit the website https://www.controlid.com.br/legal/eula.pdf.

Open source licenses

The software contained in this product uses open source software in its composition. For the Open source licenses of the software contained in this product, press the [OPEN SOURCE LICENSES] button on the "About" screen.

This page lists all the open source software used. Press the name of any software to obtain a more detailed description of its associated license, along with instructions on how to obtain its source code if required.

Firmware Update

To perform a firmware update, press the [FIRMWARE UPDATE] button available on the "About" screen. The device will automatically search for newer versions of the firmware, and if found, it will notify the user. To proceed with the update, confirm by pressing the [OK] button.

Note: It is always recommended to keep the device updated to the latest available firmware version to ensure its proper functioning. Therefore, periodically check if new firmware versions are available for update.
