Reports

Reports aim to list chronologically the accesses, alarms, and calls that occurred within specific time intervals. Access [MENU] -> [REPORTS] to view the report options.

Access report

To view the access report, go to [MENU] -> [REPORTS] -> [ACCESS]. The report filter screen will be displayed:

Select the departments you want to view and the users you want to include in the report. Then, select the start date and end date for the period you want to consider in the report. Finally, select whether you want to display only authorized accesses by selecting "Only authorized."

After setting the filter, press [GENERATE] to view the report.

The report screen will be displayed:

The report screen displays the reports in reverse chronological order, showing the most recent accesses before the older ones.

Users displayed in green are those who had authorized access. Users displayed in red are those who had denied access.

To export the report, insert a USB flash drive, press [EXPORT], and then [OK].

Alarm report

To view the alarm report, go to [MENU] -> [REPORTS] -> [ALARMS].

The report filter screen will be displayed:

Select which alarm cause you want to view (an alarm cause is what caused the alarm, such as a sensor trigger, a duress situation, etc).

Then, select the start date and end date for the period you want to consider in the report. Finally, select whether you want to display only activated alarms by choosing "Only activated". After setting the filter, press [GENERATE]. The report screen will be displayed:

The report screen displays the reports in reverse chronological order, showing the most recently triggered alarms before the older ones.

Alarms displayed in red are those that were triggered. Alarms displayed in green are those that were deactivated.

To export the report, insert a USB flash drive, press [EXPORT], and then [OK].

Call report

To view the call report, go to [MENU] -> [REPORTS] -> [CALLS].

The report filter screen will be displayed:

Select which types of calls you want to view (made or received).

Then, select the start date and end date for the period you want to consider in the report. Finally, select whether you want to display only calls that had openings by choosing "Only with opening". After setting the filter, press [GENERATE]. The report screen will be displayed:

Calls displayed in red are those that were not answered. Calls displayed in green are those that were answered.

To export the report, insert a USB flash drive, press [EXPORT], and then [OK].
