Intercom status

To access the intercom status menu, on the home screen, press [MENU] -> [INTERCOM] -> [SIP STATUS]. This feature allows you to view the current SIP status, which appears green when connected.

The possible colors are:

  • Green: device connected to the SIP server.
  • Gray: SIP disabled.
  • Red: may indicate that the device is connecting or has an authentication issue when connecting to the server or a network connection issue.

After checking the device status, press the [BACK] button to return to the Intercom menu.
