Intercom contacts
On the main screen, press [MENU] -> [INTERCOM] -> [CALL SETTINGS] -> [EDIT CONTACTS]. The intercom contact management screen will be displayed:
Creating a contact
To add a new contact, go to [MENU] -> [INTERCOM] -> [CALL SETTINGS] -> [EDIT CONTACTS] and click [ADD]. A screen like the image below should appear:
Each contact has the following attributes:
- Name: The name associated with the contact, which will be displayed during calls made to them.
- Address: The extension number for the contact in SIP Client mode or the local IP address of the contact in Peer-To-Peer mode.
Fill in the contact's name and address. Then, press [OK] to confirm the information and save the contact.
Editing a contact
To edit a contact, go to [MENU] -> [INTERCOM] -> [CALL SETTINGS] -> [EDIT CONTACTS] and press on the name of the contact you want to edit. Edit the information in the same manner described in the contact creation section.
Deleting a contact
To delete a contact, go to [MENU] -> [INTERCOM] -> [CALL SETTINGS] -> [EDIT CONTACTS] and press on the name of the contact you wish to delete. Then, press [DELETE] and confirm by pressing [OK].
Warning: Once a contact is deleted, its data cannot be recovered in any way.
