Introduction

With a modern and innovative design, the iDFace is the ideal device for monitoring and controlling the entry and exit of people through facial recognition technology. Its high-quality algorithm allows for liveness detection, authenticating users wearing masks, and identifying up to 30,000 faces (1:N) and (1:1). For communication, the device supports SIP intercom and has TCP/IP and USB connections. Additionally, the device features a 3.5” capacitive touchscreen display and embedded web software that facilitate the management of access rules, report viewing, and general operation settings of the device.

This manual aims to assist the user in configuring and operating their iDFace.

In Brazil, the use of this device as an Electronic Time Attendance System is in compliance with labor legislation (according to Ordinance 671/2021) as an attendance collector to a REP-P solution. Therefore, we recommend using the iDFace as REP-P Time Attendance collector together with our RHiD. Please visit the RHiD for more information. Storage and operating conditions

To ensure the proper functioning and durability of the iDFace, it is recommended to be installed in an environment protected from direct sunlight, rain, and other climatic phenomena. Additionally, the operating and storage conditions described below must be respected.

Operating conditions:

  • Room temperature between 0ºC and 40ºC;
  • Relative humidity between 10% and 80%;
  • Altitude below 3,000m;

Storage conditions:

  • Temperature between 0ºC and 50ºC;
  • Relative humidity between 10% and 80%;
